Day-by-day itinerary.

Walk:
Scenic drive through the Buri Gandaki valley. Arrive Soti Khola, first teahouse night.

What's included.

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off (international arrival & departure)
  • 12 nights teahouse accommodation on the trek
  • All meals on the trek — 13 breakfasts, 13 lunches, 12 dinners (veg, vegan & non-veg available)
  • Three hot drinks a day (tea/coffee)
  • Licensed guide for 13 days — including guide's salary, meals, accommodation and insurance
  • All permits: Manaslu Restricted Area Permit (MRAP), Manaslu Conservation Area Permit (MCAP), Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP), Chumnubri Rural Municipality Entry Permit
  • All local and government taxes
  • Ground transport: Kathmandu → Machha Khola, Dharapani → Besisahar (shared jeep), Besisahar → Kathmandu or Pokhara
  • Sleeping bag and down jacket provided for the trek
  • First-aid kit and pulse oximeter (for altitude/oxygen-saturation monitoring)

  • Porter (optional add-on — TODO: price and weight limit)
  • International flights to/from Kathmandu
  • Nepal visa fee
  • Travel & medical/evacuation insurance (required — we'll help you choose)
  • Hotel and meals in Kathmandu (before/after the trek)
  • Personal expenses (hot showers, wifi, snacks, bottled/soft drinks, alcohol, laundry, phone/internet)
  • Personal trekking gear and equipment — items like crampons/spikes, raincoat or poncho can be rented
