I keep every departure small, from two to six trekkers. When a group reaches six, a second licensed guide joins it, so no one is left unsupported on the pass. You plan your trip directly with me.

Before the trek, I ask what you most want to see and adjust the route to fit. On the trail I watch the weather each day and change the plan when a different schedule means a clearer crossing or a better view. You walk the itinerary that suits the mountains that week, not one printed months in advance.

Walk: 3-4hrs

An early drive to Ramechhap for the short flight to Lukla, about 15 minutes with big mountain views. From Lukla you meet the crew and walk down beside the Dudh Koshi to Phakding. The pre-dawn drive is long.
